Job Title
Sr. Analyst, Production Reporting
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to report and analyze daily production reports in Adage and provide daily measurements in the plant. Keep track of fill rate and comparison of physical inventory used with Adage formula.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Principle Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned).
- Prepare production orders daily based on production schedule. All shop orders for the following week are added in on Tuesdays (Production, Pack, Gel & Spice. Avg 120)
- Report and analyze daily production reports in Adage
- Investigate physical inventory used vs Adage to minimize variance
- Print correct formula from shop order and monitor proper documentation being used
- Confirm shop orders and pre-close weekly – done on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Monitor Adage yield vs actual
- Ensure and verify product code, BBD and coordinate with lead-hand and operators
- Prepare daily spice schedule and track usage
- File daily production reports
- Monitor shipment of finished goods – FIFO
- Assist purchasing with quarterly inventory count
- Assist production supervisors with production labour schedule in EZ Labour weekly
- Assist Inventory Controller with NAFTA and C-TPAT
- Perform other duties as required
- All employees are responsible for food and safety quality
- All employees are responsible to report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action

- US Planner, TO Planner, CSR, CDS warehouse
COMPETENCIES (Behavioural & Technical Skills)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
- Strong team player
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Post secondary degree or diploma
- 2 years related experience in manufacturing environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $60,000-65,000(commensurate with experience and location).
