The Opportunity:
Under Sunwing Vacations , we are looking for a Senior Brand and Integrated Marketing Specialist to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Senior Brand and Integrated Marketing Specialist you will play an integral role in the growth of our brand strategy, overseeing the development, execution, and reporting of a variety of brand and promotional activities across Sunwing Vacations Group. The Senior Specialist will work closely with marketing channel leads as well as cross functional partners to support the brand and promotion strategy as it pertains to developing full year omni-channel marketing campaigns. This person will also work with our Product & Payload teams to ensure all information is gathered and content is clear to run promotions effectively across key channels including the e-Commerce site, social, B2C and B2B emails, etc.The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing and will be located in Toronto, ON .
What You’ll Do:
Work with internal cross-functional partners and external agency partners to develop full year omni-channel brand campaigns Assist in internal campaign analysis & reporting to identify areas of opportunity Be the key stakeholder for cross-functional briefing for seasonal & everyday campaigns Understand and contribute to omni-channel media buying strategy Collaborate with internal stakeholders on developing a robust promotional calendar Brief internal and external marketing partners on all aspects of promotional details to ensure integrated go-to market plans are implemented ahead of campaigns Work with cross-functional partners on copy and creative ideation to bring the promotion to life Assist the Sr. Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing and the e-Commerce team in updating the site as needed Assist in conducting routine audits of website and web experience Identify areas of opportunity to improve customer journey Assist the Sr. Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing in tracking advertising spends and large-scale budgets across multiple platforms Assisting in creative look & feel Ensuring Marketing message is consistent through cross functional channels Weekly reporting & analytics Presenting insights to various internal and external stakeholders Assisting in pivots of campaigns based on data & insights Assisting in creative look & feel Ensuring Marketing message is consistent through cross functional channels Weekly reporting & analytics Presenting insights to various internal and external stakeholders Assisting in pivots of campaigns based on data & insights What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, e-Business or Communications (or equivalent experience) 4+ years’ experience in a related field Proficiency managing and executing campaigns; solid understanding of marketing KPIs, metrics and reporting practices Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple project streams Experience with project management tools (. , Asana, Experience with web analytics tools (., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Access and PowerPoint Exceptional oral and written communications skills Demonstrated strategic thinking ability Positive and enthusiastic team player Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented—takes pride in a job well done What We Offer:
