New fine dining restaurant looking for a Sr. Cook looking to grow and develop in a small team.
Ficoa is located at 585 College.
The ideal candidate has experience working at a high level individually and as a team mate.
Ideally you have experience in butchery at a high level.
- We work with nose to tail butchery. Half pigs, hanging beef ribs, full fish butchery and poultry, mostly ducks.
- We are a 0 waste restaurant so awareness of waste is important.
- Consistent and creative sauce cookery. We work with modern and classic sauce production.
- Knife skills are a must. Proper speed and accurate cutting skills.
We offer a growing opportunity, this position is to grow into Sous Chef.
