The Story:

Enspire for Enterprise is a digital marketing advertising agency that provides digital marketing solutions to franchise and enterprise businesses. The Position

We are looking for a digital market expert with strong leadership skills to manage paid advertising strategy and campaigns for our most valuable clients. The successful hire will be responsible to lead the paid media strategy and performance for each account and prospect by analyzing, strategizing, optimizing and reporting on the paid media performance of the campaigns for which they are responsible. In addition, the successful hire will be the in-house expert, leveraging his/her experience and expertise to ensure clients receive strong ROI from their digital marketing investments with Enspire for Enterprise. Finally, working collaboratively, the candidate will elevate the overall skill set and productivity of the Enspire for Enterprise performance team.

Core responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy and Performance for Assigned Clients and Prospects

  • Leads the paid media strategy and fulfillment for assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Works with Sales and Client Services to translate client goals into digital marketing strategies and campaigns that meet brand presence, lead volume, price per lead efficiency and quality expectations for our clients.
  • Ensures the creative assets (website pages, ads, promotions, video assets etc.) are aligned with the digital marketing strategy and are optimized by platform to achieve client marketing objectives.
  • Ensures campaigns are set up and implemented correctly for new clients and the campaign strategy is consistent with brand and location performance objectives.
  • Proactively analyzes key performance indicators that affect web traffic, lead generation, conversion for target audiences and are targeting the proper geo/practice areas, spending media budgets properly and are optimized using best practices and technology.
  • Executes tests, including A/B testing, cost-benefit analysis, predictive modeling and other techniques to influence future campaigns' results, achieve maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Initiates, develops and uses new processes and tools to improve campaign performance.
  • Oversees the performance and reliability of key components of advertising campaign implementation, including call tracking lines, form fills, ad copy, website/landing pages, APIs, promotions, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Defines priorities and prepared Digital Marketing Analysts to fulfill/optimize campaigns for assigned accounts.
  • Acts as escalation on critical business concerns, involving executive management as appropriate.
  • Demonstrates expertise and capability on client-facing performance calls, new account set-up meetings, and sales pitches.

Client Campaign Reporting and Analysis

  • Develops standardized performance and campaign health reporting at brand and location level to enable timely and high-quality analysis of performance trends.
  • Provides performance insights that highlight the status of campaigns, insights, operating results against targets, drivers of variance, and recommendations to improve the campaign and client satisfaction.
  • Assists Client Services and Sales with market analysis, insights, and performance reports and joins conversations to discuss results and assist with managing client expectations.
  • Works with Fulfillment and R&D to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Enspire reporting tools, including CenterMark.
  • Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics for the Enspire portfolio to monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic tools, vendors, and processes.

Job Requirements (behavioral competencies, education/certifications, technical skills):

  • Expert in Paid Search and programmatic advertising digital marketing with emphasis on optimization, fulfillment, data, analytics and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with particular proficiency in web and PPC analytics applications to describe paid advertising campaign performance and make strategy changes to improve performance
  • Expert ability to use report on digital marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, traffic and engagement.
  • Experience evaluating digital and offline marketing opportunities and developing digital marketing program strategies and playbooks for customers in various industries.
  • Experience of working with MS Excel, SPSS, Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Data Studio, Tableau, DOMO and/or other tools.
  • 3+ years leading online paid media strategy for large complex customers, preferably franchise or multilocation customers.
  • 5+ years leading digital marketing optimization and campaign management teams.
  • Proven track record of strong technical and leadership experiences.
  • Must be a great team player and collaborator.
  • Must be motivated, self-driven, and demonstrate creative thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree/MB
