Engagement

• Duration: Full -time
  
• Location: Remote in Canada
  
• Time zone: EST/CST preferred.

Job Description:

• 7+ Yrs experienced on CE and can implement configurations.
  
• 1+ Yr. experience on F&E implementation
  
• Experienced in Sales and Customer Service 
  
• Optional to have Universal desk or scribe experience
  but not mandatory.
  
• Prefer Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
  
• If needed, should be able to perform testing and groom
  requirements.
  
• Able to help customers identifying gaps in current CE
  application and provide them with improvements.
  
• Good communication skills and able to manage customers
  communication, collaborate well with customer stakeholders.
