Amazon Canada is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Device Uptime to own strategic and tactical projects and programs within Amazon Logistics. Sr Program Manager, Canada Fleet will be responsible for setting up and managing cross-functional workstreams in order to improve device vehicle uptime and optimization for our customer – DSP, Delivery Service Partners.
Key job responsibilities
-Build and manage fleet devices uptime strategy for Canada
-Negotiate repairs pricing with 3P vendors
-Deploy and manage repairs solutions for all fleet devices across Canada
-Manage vendors and create sustainable mechanisms to drive program efficiencies
-Develop KPI and other reporting for fleet devices uptime
-Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs
-Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive fleet repairs and process improvements
-Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations and scaling factors
-Preferably bilingual but not required
Travel up to 30% within Canada and/or US

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- • Strong written and verbal skills
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Preferably bilingual (English & French)
- Experience managing vendors
- Experience in fleet and/or telematics
