Ogletree Deakins, an Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a Senior Coordinator to join the firm’s fast-paced RFP and Pitch Team in its Client Services Department.The firm’s fast-paced RFP and Pitch team has an opening for a senior coordinator to primarily focus on creating initial drafts for RFP responses and pitches. This position requires extensive interaction with the other members of the RFP and Pitch team, the firm’s attorneys, Client Services colleagues, office administrators, practice assistants, and other firm departments. Hybrid and remote work available although there may be times the position will be required to be in-person for trainings, team meetings, or firm events. This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $62,320 and $93,480. In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $70,480 and $105,720. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $60,400 and $110,760. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $66,720 and $100,080. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
