Sr. Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services [28407]

This company is searching for a successful Salesforce Account Manager who has sold Salesforce services (consulting projects) in financial services recently.

We seek a dynamic and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team!

This Senior Account Executive (AE) will sell Salesforce consulting projects in the financial services sector. This person must have experience selling and working with Salesforce in financial services (Growth business and above, no SMBs).

Our client is the premier Salesforce consulting partner for Financial Services, Real Estate, and SaaS companies (private equity, investment banking, wealth and asset management; real estate investment trusts, investment managers, brokerage, lending; tech start-ups and scale-ups).

Required Experience and Skills

• 7+ years of senior sales experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Salesforce and financial services implementations.
• Authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
• A natural leader with a proven track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and exceeding KPIs or quotas.
• Experienced in a sales role and working remotely.
• Stellar written and verbal communicator.
• Dependable self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust with team members, management, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales leads and develop innovative outreach strategies to warm leads in their CRM and the broader market.
• Engage with prospects, strategize to move them through the sales cycle, and seal the deal.
• Work diligently within their CRM, meticulously noting and managing real-time tasks to stay abreast of your opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback, insight, and opportunities to our product and engineering teams.
