Senior Salesforce Developer /Consultant [6 – 10 Years]

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development with LWC/Aura and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

§    Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

§    Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents

§    Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices

§    Responsible for providing hands on expert level guidance to junior developers for technical issues

§    Ensure the best possible quality of the application.

§    Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships 

§    Should be a confident self-starter

§    Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging

§    Write test classes and ensure more than 80% code coverage.

§    Explore new updates from every release and critical updates in salesforce.

§    Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the deliverables.

§    Perform POC on new concepts.

Skills and Qualifications

§  Experience in developing Custom pages, Site responsive UI using Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components along with Controllers, JavaScript, Lightning Aura components, LWC and DevOps process.

§  Develop interfaces and Integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint platform including Any point Studio, Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Center and API management.

§  Good Knowledge the key components of the Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager and Exchange.

§  Usage of Force.com API and related tools that extend the Salesforce CRM and/or AppExchange products.

§  Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.

§  Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.

§  Hands-on experience in Administration setup, e.g., managing users, Security controls and data as well as creating Roles, Profiles.

§  Experience in designing Custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Approval processes, Validation rules, Custom tabs, Reports, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.

§  Experience in Salesforce development, Apex class, Triggers, Batch Apex, Integration REST API, SOAP API, SOQL, SOSL.

§  Experience in Process Automation, Workflow, Process builder, Flows and Communities knowledge.

Certifications Required [Min. two certifications are required]

§  PD1, PD2, APP Builder

§  Sales, Service cloud or MuleSoft Developer certification is preferred

2. Salesforce Developer/Consultant [ 3 – 5 Years]

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development with LWC/Aura and basic integration with third-party services. 

Responsibilities

§  Good understanding on Sales, Service & Experience Cloud & Salesforce Platform.

§  Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

§  Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance

§  Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts on application design, support, and practice development efforts to improve current business processes

§  Ability to present to peers and senior management with clarity

§  Executes unit, performance, and user acceptance tests to solutions to meet quality standards

§  Quickly grasps technical and business concepts and executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision and guidance

§  Independently solves technical problems in the assigned area.
