Essential Duties and Requirements:
➢Excellent communication and presentation skills
➢6+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience in implementation and support projects
➢Expertise and in-depth/hands-on in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, onboarding (preferably Onboarding 2.0) and reporting (Canvas and Story reporting)
➢Good understanding of SF Integration and extensions on SAP BTP
➢Can participate and lead Blueprint and design workshops with Business and IT Leads. Act in a senior role to translate functional requirements to technical requirements and communicate to the process teams the technical capabilities of the selected solution.
➢Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.
➢Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard.
➢Expertise in providing Project Team Orientation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for clients
➢Must have knowledge in module integrations within Success Factor
Qualifications
•Graduate or postgraduate with English language as a primary medium of communication
•6+ years of relevant experience (NA and Europe market exposure is good to have)
•Proven track record in the coordination and management of SAP projects; experience in working closely with customers, senior stakeholders, external parties, and significant sized project teams
•Self-starter that can work effectively as part of a team or individual contributor.
•Strong skills, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
