Sr. Technician - Civil

The Senior Technician is responsible for supporting both the Director and the Senior Manager in the day-to-day technical and operational delivery of the Civil Engineering Department as it continues to scale and strengthen its capacity. Relative to the Senior Manager role, the Senior Technician carries a heavier hands-on design and drafting load, acting as the department's senior technical resource on design production while the Senior Manager focuses more on project oversight, financial performance, and cross-functional coordination. This role takes on increasing responsibility for project execution, design delivery, and client coordination, ensuring that project work aligns with LRL's vision and values. The Senior Technician acts as a key link between junior staff, the Senior Manager, Project Managers, engineering staff, and clients, balancing hands-on technical work with day-to-day project delivery.
