What you will bring

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a medical or dental environment.


• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices.


• MDRAO certificate course is an asset.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing

• Perform thorough cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment in accordance with established protocols.


• Maintain accurate inventory records of all surgical instruments and supplies.


• Develop and enforce procedures to ensure no instruments are inadvertently discarded after surgeries.


• Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to ensure all sterilization equipment is functioning properly.


• Accurately document all sterilization processes and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines to protect patients and staff.
