Store Associate - Starbucks (Lansdowne Store, Richmond, BC)

Company Introduction
T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC.  Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo).

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provides excellent customer service to all guests


2. Take orders, and create quality Starbucks Beverages


3. Maintain workplace cleanliness by washing and maintain relevant work tools clean and well-kept


4. Keep product display full, attractive and neat, timely replenish inventory, if necessary


5. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

2. A good team player, able to collaborate with and assist other colleagues


3. Possess a positive, proactive, self-motivated work attitude


4. Good attendance record, comply with company’s rules and regulations

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

1. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays


2. Be prepared to stand for a long time and able to use work related tools in a safe manner


3. Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin) is preferred


4. Knowledge of basic work safety
