Job Description - Store Manager

Honorarium Position

Overview

The ASUS Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ASUS Store, ensuring product availability, aesthetic consistency, and efficient communication with external clubs and ASUS committees. They will work closely with the ASUS Vice President of Operations, the Marketing and Communications Officer, and the Web Director to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.

Time Commitment and Remuneration

Term: May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

Hours: 4-6 hours per week

Honorarium: Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy (Click here)

Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Add new products to the ASUS Store on a weekly basis in coordination with the Vice President of Operations.
  • Modify existing products at the discretion of ASUS committees utilizing the store.
  • Remove outdated products after the specified sales period set by ASUS committees.
  • Send final order numbers of each product to the respective ASUS committees.

Operations & Oversight:

  • Manage and maintain the product request form on the ASUS website.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of deposits in collaboration with the Vice President of Operations.
  • Communicate with external clubs regarding the status of their product orders.

Store Aesthetic & Branding:

  • Work with the Web Director and Marketing and Communications Officer to ensure website branding and store appearance align with ASUS identity.

Office Hours:

  • Hold five (5) office hours per week at the ASUS Offices.
  • At least half of these office hours must overlap with the Vice President of Operations' office hours.
