Adult and Teen Challenge Super Thrift Store Manager

Are you a passionate leader with retail management experience looking to make a significant, faith -based impact in your community? Adult and Teen Challenge Super Thrift is seeking a dedicated and visionary Store Manager to oversee our thrift operation.

This is more than a retail job—it’s an opportunity to directly support a life -changing Christian addiction recovery program. Every donation, every sale, and every well -run shift contributes directly to funding and supporting individuals on their journey to freedom and sobriety.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly -motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Super Thrift store. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well -organized and appealing store environment. This role requires a blend of retail management skills, a heart for our mission, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including program participants.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff, volunteers, and program participants.
Store Operations: Oversee all retail functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, security, and cleanliness.
Customer Service: Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a positive, Christ -centered store environment. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Donation and Inventory Management: Manage the intake, sorting, pricing, and display of donated merchandise to maximize sales and maintain stock levels.
Financial Oversight: Meet revenue goals to maximize financial support for the addiction program.
Compliance: Handle administrative duties and scheduling, ensuring compliance with all policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Mission Integration: Serve as a positive role model and integrate the mission of Adult & Teen Challenge into daily store operations.

What You Bring:

3 Years proven experience in retail management, Thrift experience is an Asset
Strong organizational, financial, and people management skills.
A servant -leader mindset and a deep commitment to the Christian mission of Adult and Teen Challenge.
An ability to work with and support individuals in the recovery process.
Excellent communication and problem -solving abilities
