Our client is currently seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner who will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting complex HR business units within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, People and Culture, you will be working closely with functional groups to develop and implement change management and HR program solutions. You will be expected to provide HR lifecycle management and acts as a conduit to other services such as Learning and Development and Safety and Security. Partnering with client groups, you will be developing organizational structures, builds capacity and owns the talent acquisition portfolio for the respective client group. You will be expected to provide expertise in the following areas: talent acquisition career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development. Identifies and surfaces trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions, and interpret complex analyses and tie analyses back to business priorities.
