Strategic Talent Advisor

Overview: Join our Insight Team as a Strategic Talent Advisor and leverage your agency background to identify and attract top technical, corporate, and sales talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires, while providing white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work in an office in Calgary, Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta or Toronto, Ontario

About the role

• Source, screen, and recruit top technical, corporate, and sales talent.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide a white-glove experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, corporate & technical teams to understand their needs and support their recruitment efforts.

What we’re looking for

• • At least 4 years of professional experience in technical, corporate, and sales recruiting, with a strong agency background.
  • Strong understanding of roles and the ability to assess skills.
  • Passion for networking and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
