About the Role:
Reporting
The Structures Technician, Manufacturing reports directly to the Manufacturing Lead.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Cut, form, drill, and rivet aluminum and other materials.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes performed are carried out to a high level of quality.
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager on all production requirements for the assigned manufacturing work.
- Ensure all tools and equipment being utilized meet calibration and storage requirements and are in good working order.
- Sign manufacturing travelers and work orders for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
- Ensure the work environment is safe and clean.
- Promote company values, vision and mission.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant role. "S" license considered an asset but not required.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft sheet metal experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Quantum considered an asset.
- Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset.
