Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager, Client Engagement Strategy & Delivery and joins a dedicated team who loves collaborating to provide the best client experience.

What does the Marketing Coordinator do?

• Handles our team's intake process and activities related to client marketing campaigns
• Monitors and handles/assigns requests that come into our team inbox
• Supports campaign planning activities for Voluntary Benefits
• Manages project plans for our AdminPlus benefits enrolment campaigns
• Supports projects and key initiatives
• Other general administrative support

What makes you the ideal candidate?

• You're passionate about marketing and client experience
• You have knowledge about group benefits plans and insurance products
• You have experience collaborating with multiple partners, including account executives, creative designers, sales and other internal business partners
• You’re experienced with basic functions in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• You’re exceptionally organized and able to prioritize and tackle a variety of different tasks
• You’re talented in your written and verbal communication skills

• Bonus points! Experience using tools like Wrike, and Adobe InDesign
• For Québec applicants: Bilingualism (French, English) required as the manager is a unilingual Anglophone located outside of Québec

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
