Cedarglen Homes is seeking a Studio 81 Core Team Supervisor to provide leadership, structure, and operational oversight for Studio 81. This role is accountable for the day-to-day execution, performance, and continuous improvement of the studio, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for both homebuyers and internal partners.
The Studio 81 Core Team Supervisor is a people leader and operational owner, leading through change with a strong emphasis on accountability, collaboration, and the effective use of technology.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
People Leadership & Accountability
Supervise, mentor, and develop the Design Consultant Team.
Manage performance, workload distribution, coaching discussions, and ongoing development.
Support onboarding, system training, and role readiness.
Studio 81 Operations & Workflow
Oversee all operational aspects of Studio 81, including scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow coordination.
Ensure consistent execution of the internal design and selections process.
Act as the escalation point for operational, scheduling, or process-related issues.
Systems, Technology & Process Implementation
Own the day-to-day use, accuracy, and adoption of the selections management software (SELMA).
Ensure proficiency across all Cedarglen Homes software platforms used by the Design Consultant team.
Lead training, testing, rollout, and compliance for approved processes and tools.
Data & Operational Insights
Analyze homebuyer selection data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Provide operational insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity related to studio activity.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with homebuyers, construction and internal departments to support smooth execution.
Partner with the Design & Product Development Lead to provide consistency, quality, and scalability across Studio 81 without overlap or duplication.
Work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing Management team.
Planning & Leadership Participation
Lead and participate in department scrums and attend the Sales & Marketing Department meetings.
Contribute operational input to broader business planning and decision-making.
