The Family Centre is currently looking for an individual interested in working with youth as a Success Coach in a school setting. We are focused on Trauma-Informed Care for both our communities and staff, and provide services based on research and evidence-based practices. What you will be doing:
Success Coaches support children and youth to increase their social-emotional capacity, strengthen resilience, nurture connections, and see themselves as having the potential for success in school and life. You will also play a role in the community by enhancing connections to resources and encouraging children and youth to positively engage within their community.

Training – comprehensive onboarding/orientation process which includes service specific training, and agency wide core training
Feedback – a strong supervision model that provides regular formal and informal opportunities for feedback
Performance Coaching – formal and informal coaching regarding the development of personal and professional growth and development
