FULL TIME SUMMER SALES MERCHANDISER - MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE! Temporary Full Time Until August 30, 2024 (Location - Calgary AB)

The Righteous Summer Sales Merchandising crew plays a crucial role in ensuring our local partners are set up for success with our brand every single week by checking, stocking and facing shelves, writing new orders, and delivering product to any partners we service directly in Calgary and area.

YOUR MISSION

From merchandising products to fostering positive relationships in restaurants and stores, your mission is to uphold our brand standards while maximizing sales opportunities in Calgary. You'll immerse yourself in our brand ethos, ensuring our partners are set up for success week after week.This includes being connected on a personal level to store and restaurant staff and leveraging these relationships to ensure Righteous is best represented at all partner accounts in the territory, and our relationships are always expanding. With the role, accountability will be to the weekly scorecard system, ensuring all local sales targets are hit, new products make it on shelf, promotions are executed and partner interactions are logged.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver on the Ten Things that Require Zero Talent: Being on time, work ethic, effort, body language, attitude, passion, being coachable, doing extra, being prepared.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, ingredients and allergens (we’ll teach you!)
• Maintain Righteous shelf presence in Grocery Stores, and build it up in restaurant and foodservice channels through traditional business development
• Be able to share our story to a variety of audiences in a compelling way in different settings which will include communicating performance opportunities to restaurant and store management, hosting product training sessions with store staff, sharing our brand story and culture to fans, community members, and partners.

THE MUST HAVES - KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Flexibility within shift schedules including mornings, evenings and occasional weekends (This role will typically work 9am to 5pm)
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to perform basic math, reading and writing.
• A deep love for delicious frozen treats... for the Quality Assurance!
• Willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty - you’re ready to go above and beyond.
• A friendly, passionate, and positive spirit obsessed with keeping the vibes high.
• Previous experience working in grocery retail or food service is advantageous
