Ensure accountability for the 3-year Budget, Quarterly Plans, and weekly performance metrics. Develop mid-range mine designs, including production, development, and infrastructure. Assist in monthly deviation analysis and report on KPI variances. Collaborate effectively with operations, projects, maintenance, and other internal teams. Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Mine Engineering or related field is required. Professional Engineer (P.Eng) Registration is preferred. Minimum 5 years of related experience is required in Mine Engineering, Operations Supervision, Planning, Scheduling or related role. Expertise in project planning and engineering supervision. Understanding of mining standards, integrated business planning cycles, and Solid financial knowledge to make business cases and decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Software Planning Tools (Deswik) Knowledge and understanding of Project Management, Engineering and VPS Technical. Ability to work with minimal supervision and work well with others in a team environment. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be obsessed with safety and risk. Must demonstrate open and transparent dialogue in all aspects of work.
