Reporting to the General Manager of People and Organizational Development, the Supervisor, Health, Safety and Risk Management will be responsible for leading initiatives that protect our people and community. In this role, you will engage with talented leaders and professionals across the organization. This role is responsible for providing knowledge, leadership, and direction to support continuous improvement of our safety culture. This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive health, safety, and risk management programs that align with regulatory standards and organizational strategic goals. You’ll lead a team of professionals, provide support and guidance to managers and staff, and champion a culture of safety and compliance across all departments. From conducting risk assessments and managing audits to overseeing emergency response planning and insurance programs, your work will directly support employee well-being and contribute to operational excellence.

Work Schedule:
This position works Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm for 35 hours per week with some flexibility and/or additional hours to attend meetings or meet operational needs. This position will be required to participate in the department’s 24/7 on-call rotation (approximately one week per month).
Hourly Pay: $60.31 – $70.96
