Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Manage cash
Oversee payroll administration
Conduct performance reviews
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, supervising at least 1–2 people, with experience in a retail store.
Must be willing to work onsite in a rural area.
Must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Check.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and stand for extended periods.
Must be accurate, client-focused, have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, be organized, reliable, a team player, dependable, have excellent written communication, demonstrate initiative and judgement, and have the ability to multitask.
Must be able to communicate in English.
