We are currently searching for a Supervisor, Stewardship Field Services, reporting to the Director, Stewardship Strategy. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent position. This role supports The Beer Store’s (TBS) administration of Ontario’s Deposit Return System (DRS) for beverage containers. The Supervisor, Stewardship Field Services, plays a critical field‑based role ensuring the effective and compliant operation of the returns network across both TBS‑operated and third‑party sites, including LCOs and empty container dealers (ECDs). The position focuses on strengthening on‑the‑ground relationships, supporting site onboarding and training, monitoring operational and compliance standards, and resolving issues that impact the customer and partner experience. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role contributes to the stability, accessibility, and continuous improvement of the returns network, while supporting stewardship priorities, regulatory requirements, and consumer awareness initiatives.
This field-based role supports the Golden Horseshoe region, including Belleville, Prince Edward County, Simcoe, and Niagara. The role is ideally suited for candidates located within the territory to support frequent travel throughout the region. Up to 80% business travel is required; therefore, a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
Our Corporate Office is currently located in Bolton, ON. As part of our continued growth, we are relocating our Corporate Office to Milton, ON with a planned entry at the end of 2027. This is a field-based role, with visits to the office on an as-needed basis. Following the transition, any required office attendance will be at the Milton location.
