We are currently seeking a Full-Time Supervisor, Warehouse - Specialty Companies to join our team based out of our Milton, ON location.

Position: Supervisor, Warehouse

Schedule: 9am to 5:30pm

Salary: $24.00/h - $29.00/h

Types of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse activities and personnel.

• Oversee shipping and receiving

• Assign staff and monitor the flow of products through the plant.

• Ensure procedures for incoming receipts, outgoing shipments, and inventory are current.

• Inspect warehouse physical condition and equipment for repairs or replacement.

• Collaborate with other distribution centers and business leaders.

• Participate in employee safety and plant protection activities.

• Interview, train, mentor, and motivate staff while serving as a role model.

• Conduct performance monitoring and initiate disciplinary or corrective action when needed.

• Make recommendations for process improvement.

• Adhere to company culture, including serving others and creating an inclusive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years of warehouse experience required.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Forklift certification upon hire.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong motivation for team results.

• Good English communication skills to read, analyze, and present written documentation.

• Proficiency with Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and RF Scanguns.

• Ability to solve business problems and interpret complex instructions.

• Must be able to perceive auditory warning signals (bells, alarms, horns).

• Heavy work capability: lifting up to 100 lbs at a time with frequent lifting of 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
