Maintain close relationships with suppliers (Universal Logistics, CUSMA, BP Suppliers) and FBMs to coordinate needs and requests via email, Asana, and Slack.
Asana & Internal Coordination: Manage Asana tasks including new hire Experience Appreciation cards. Coordinate with FBMs on new hires and ensure materials are included in fulfillment deliveries.
