Supply Chain Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (12 Month Contract) who will provide administrative support for the Supply Chain team. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring our customer’s orders are shipped and processed efficiently and accurately. You’ll gain exposure to worldwide shipping and trade practices, while being part of a cohesive team in our fast-growing organization.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Create customs documentation such as delivery notes, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Utilize our ERP, NetSuite, to create sales orders and invoices
• Confirm delivery timing by communicating with freight forwarders
• Keep the team informed by updating our shipping schedule and freight forwarder forecast tool
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team, internal stakeholders, and external logistics suppliers
• Provide support for upcoming projects and other duties as assigned by management

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience working in supply chain and logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focused with the ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail is critical for this position, in your application please include the word Olympics
• Experience with NetSuite and FITT certification are considered an asset
