We are growing and are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinatorto join our dynamic team in Surrey.

This role oversees a variety of projects, monitoring progress, reporting variances and acting as liaison among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Takes awarded projects from the Sales team and begins the process of ensuring Items and COs are entered in Infor for production processing and tracking;
Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and within scope.
Tracks and analyzes projects’ performance and expenditures and reports variances to management.
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Works with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation for projects.
Translates project requirements into tasks, schedules and assigns tasks.
Communicates to management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Tracks and analyzes project performance, cost performance, schedule and reports result to management. Makes recommendations for action.
Reports and escalates to management as needed.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
Closes project and documentation, passes project deliverables to operations.
Carries out other related tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Diploma or Degree in business or operations. Project Management certification is an asset
Experience: At least 3 years project coordination preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Strategic thinking/planning ability with a demonstrated track record in problem solving as well as seeking and creating solutions to challenges
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders and staff
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a changing, growing environment
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong working relationships internally/externally
