Supply Chain Systems & Planning Manager

We're partnering with a growing technology manufacturer seeking a Supply Chain Systems & Planning Manager to lead planning, forecasting, inventory management, and outsourced manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement across ERP-enabled supply chain processes.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with executive leadership and will play a key part in improving planning accuracy, operational performance, reporting, and scalability across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead operations planning, demand planning, forecasting, and inventory planning activities
  


• Coordinate production planning and capacity requirements with outsourced manufacturing partners
  


• Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships
  


• Drive improvements in planning processes, reporting, and operational visibility
  


• Leverage ERP/MRP systems to support supply chain planning and decision-making
  


• Support workflow improvements, automation initiatives, and operational process enhancements
  


• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership teams
  


• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership to support business growth
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a related function
  


• Experience using ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment (Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  


• Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, MRP, production planning, and supply chain operations
  


• Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or outsourced manufacturing environments
  


• Experience improving operational processes, reporting, or planning workflows
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Experience

• Electronics, aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or related industries
  


• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
  


• Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Power Platform experience
  


• CPIM certification (or actively pursuing)
  


• Experience working alongside ERP implementation partners or consultants
