Job Description:

Responsabilités:

Le (la) candidat(e) fera partie de l’équipe de service à la clientèle. Il aura la responsabilité de répondre aux demandes des clients au téléphone, par courriel ou par chat. Il aura accès à un système de base de connaissance et participera à des rencontres quotidiennes pour l'assister dans les résolutions de problèmes. Il s’assurera de rencontrer les normes de niveau de service pour la clientèle et de communiquera clairement avec les clients.

  • Essentiel - Excellence dans les relations avec les clients
  • Essentiel: Excellent en français et en anglais
  • Essentiel: Connaissance de SQL est un atout
  • Important – Bonne connaissance des applications de gestion
  • Important – Connaissances comptables est un atout
  • Important – Connaissance de l'espagnol est un atout

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be part of the customer service team. Their responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. They will have access to a knowledge base system and participate in daily meetings to assist in problem resolution. The candidate will ensure compliance with customer service level standards and communicate clearly with clients.

Requirements

  • Essential: Excellence in customer relations
  • Essential: Fluency in French and English
  • Essential: Knowledge of SQL is an asset
  • Important: Strong understanding of management applications
  • Important: Accounting knowledge is an asset
  • Important: Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
