Our Health Services client located in Calgary, AB is seeking a Lead, Survey Analytics to join their growing team! This is an 18-month contract position with the strong potential for extension or a permanent role. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives related to survey design, data collection processes, and analytical methods for various projects. You will also directly lead a team and liaise with senior stakeholders. Candidates for this position are required to have direct people-leadership experience and a Master's degree or higher in Health Administration, or a related field of study. This is a hybrid opportunity offering the flexibility of working 2x/week from home and 3x/week in the Calgary office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory).
Key Responsibilities: Oversight and management of intricate surveys and data collection efforts, involving a team of surveyors. Lead or conduct analyses of information derived from diverse sources, including databases, provider inputs, and surveys, among others. Contribute expertise to the development and selection of pertinent data, measures, and indicators from multiple sources. Transform data into insightful narratives to address stakeholder information needs, facilitating data-informed discussions. Collaborate with external project partners and stakeholders, providing recommendations for best practices in addressing complex data collection and analytical challenges. Collaborate with colleagues to create and deliver comprehensive reports in various formats, including digital reports through SAS Viya. Mentor and provide support to other staff, including analysts and administrators. Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph. D in a related field. 3-5+ years experience with survey and quantitative methods. Direct management experience leading a team.
