Swim Instructor (Nepean)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team in Nepean (Bells Corners and Bayshore areas). As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lessons, and ensuring a fantastic swimming experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate engaging swimming lessons for students of all ages (both kids and adults) and skill levels


• Bring your expertise to the pool deck and demonstrate impeccable swimming techniques and strokes.


• Follow and deliver our aquatic program.


• Ensure a safe and secure swimming environment by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing our water safety protocols.


• Create a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages trust, and a love for swimming.


• Keep track of student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones as swimmers master new skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and National Lifeguard Certificate.


• Previous competitive swimmer is an asset.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages.


• Proficiency in a wide range of strokes and swimming techniques.


• Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
