We are actively seeking for a System and Network Administrator to ensure the daily management of our technological environments and to put in place procedures aimed at optimizing their efficiency.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY
Reporting to the Assistant Director – Information Technology, you will have to:
- Install, configure, operate and maintain hardware, including servers, firewalls, routers, servers, computer systems and related infrastructure;
- Process requests and incidents escalated by the technical team;
- Maintain computer equipment and other assets;
- Manage user accounts and access;
- Ensure that the systems infrastructure is operating efficiently by monitoring and maintaining servers, workstations, peripherals;
- Perform research on software that supports system enhancements;
- Produce and maintain system and infrastructure documentation.
OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE
- College degree in an IT-related field;
- Minimum of five (5) years in a similar role;
- Good general knowledge of the Office 365 Suite and Azure functionalities;
- In-depth knowledge of the Active Directory and network technologies (Tcp/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);
- Good knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, switches, firewalls, etc.), of physical components and PC and server softwares and of infrastructure services;
- Good oral and written skills in French and English.
