Bosch Building Technologies Integrator Business 
The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015. JOB SUMMARY: The Systems Analyst I supports the deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of IT infrastructure and physical security systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, networking environments, and security management software. This role works closely with project teams, technicians, and clients to implement and maintain reliable system solutions that meet operational and performance requirements. The Systems Analyst I is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system upgrades and integrations, maintaining documentation, and contributing to automation and standardization efforts, while ensuring high-quality system delivery and customer support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, and test server, storage, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and test virtualization platforms
• Install, configure, and test Physical Security and AV management software platforms
• Analyze customer requirements and implement system features to meet those needs
• Analyze system constraints, performance, and workload requirements
• Apply configurations to maximize system performance
• Configure and test off the shelf integrations to enable event and control interoperability between subsystems
• Participate in developing scripts, images and other automation techniques to minimize repeat work and improve consistency
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and service issues related to the above infrastructure
• Plan and deliver software and OS upgrades
• Develop and maintain Method Of Procedures for system upgrades and implementations
• Work directly with other Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering resources to help design IT infrastructure supporting Physical Security and Audio Video solutions
• Support sales and design efforts and activities in specifying IT components and integration methods
• Be accountable for the installation and integration of systems, ensuring timelines are met and a quality solution is delivered
• Work closely and collaborate with our Integrated Systems Technicians to ensure successful system delivery
• Respond, support, and be available to Integrated Systems Technicians, while supporting and mentoring their learning and growth in IT infrastructure
• Develop and maintain client relationships while building confidence and respect in the organization’s abilities throughout the industry
• Support the PMO in planning deployments
• Prepare and maintain documentation in an efficient and professional manner
• Be organized, enthusiastic, and take direction from PTI leadership
• Research, prototype, and develop integrations between the components of physical and logical security systems
• Be willing and available to participate in an after-hours On-Call rotation
• Other Duties As Assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 years’ progressive experience in Information Technology, with proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems
• Post-secondary degree or diploma from a Technology Institute in computing or electronics, or equivalent training with the armed forces.
• Ability to pass varying levels of security clearance
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders
• Sound organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and priority-changing environment
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with remote work and participating in remote teams
• Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and SQL Server
• VMware, Hyper-V or other HCI/virtualization platforms
• IP networking, SD-Wan, routers/switch configurations
• Bilingual French/English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Understanding of, and experience with, Access Control, Video Management Systems, Intrusion devices and systems, Intercoms, Cameras, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Solutions, RFID Systems, Key Management Systems, Virtualization Design and Administration and integration between those systems.
• Backup, replication and DR concepts
• Powershell and other scripting languages
• Cybersecurity and system hardening
• AWS or Azure cloud computing and network environments
• Devops and other advanced system delivery and support automation
• Accreditation or certification from a major network supplier such as Cisco
• Accreditation or certification with Windows Server and SQL Server

L’analyste systèmes I est responsable du dépannage technique, du soutien aux mises à niveau et aux intégrations, du maintien de la documentation ainsi que de la contribution aux efforts d’automatisation et de standardisation, tout en assurant une prestation de services et un soutien client de haute qualité.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

• Installer, configurer et tester les infrastructures de serveurs, de stockage et de réseau
• Installer, configurer et tester les plateformes de virtualisation
• Installer, configurer et tester les plateformes logicielles de gestion de sécurité physique et audiovisuelle
• Analyser les besoins des clients et mettre en œuvre les fonctionnalités systèmes afin d’y répondre
• Analyser les contraintes système, les performances et les exigences de charge de travail
• Appliquer les configurations afin d’optimiser les performances du système
• Configurer et tester les intégrations prêtes à l’emploi afin de permettre l’interopérabilité des événements et des contrôles entre les sous-systèmes
• Participer au développement de scripts, d’images et d’autres techniques d’automatisation afin de réduire les tâches répétitives et améliorer la cohérence
• Maintenir, dépanner et assurer le service des infrastructures mentionnées ci-dessus
• Planifier et effectuer les mises à niveau logicielles et des systèmes d’exploitation
• Développer et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles (Method Of Procedures) pour les mises à niveau et les implantations de systèmes
• Travailler directement avec d’autres analystes systèmes, gestionnaires de projet, équipes des ventes et ressources en ingénierie afin de concevoir les infrastructures TI soutenant les solutions de sécurité physique et audiovisuelles
• Soutenir les efforts des ventes et de conception dans la spécification des composantes TI et des méthodes d’intégration
• Être responsable de l’installation et de l’intégration des systèmes, en veillant au respect des échéanciers et à la livraison d’une solution de qualité
• Collaborer étroitement avec les techniciens en systèmes intégrés afin d’assurer la réussite des projets
• Répondre aux demandes des techniciens en systèmes intégrés, les soutenir et contribuer à leur apprentissage et à leur développement en infrastructures TI
• Développer et maintenir des relations clients tout en renforçant la confiance et le respect envers les capacités de l’organisation dans l’industrie
• Soutenir le PMO dans la planification des déploiements
• Préparer et maintenir la documentation de façon efficace et professionnelle
• Faire preuve d’organisation, d’enthousiasme et suivre les directives de la direction de PTI
• Rechercher, prototyper et développer des intégrations entre les composantes des systèmes de sécurité physique et logique
• Être disponible pour participer à une rotation de garde après les heures normales de travail

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

• Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience progressive en technologies de l’information, incluant une expérience démontrée dans la conception, le déploiement et le soutien de systèmes complexes
• Diplôme d’études postsecondaires d’un institut technologique en informatique ou en électronique, ou formation équivalente acquise dans les forces armées
• Capacité d’obtenir différents niveaux d’habilitation de sécurité
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de présenter des données et analyses techniques à des parties prenantes internes et externes
