Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a T1 Seasonal Admin Support. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of duties in support of our firm’s business operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients. 

This opportunity is for a term, ending May 15, 2026.

Responsibilities 

• Manage Personal Tax email inbox


• Update Personal T1 program


• Email electronic personal tax return packages to clients


• Assemble client's personal tax return packages and records


• Prepare client packages for mail out


• Other tax related and/or administrative responsibilities as assigned 

Skills and Experience

• Tax return assembly experience is preferred, but not required


• Proficiency using computers


• Strong attention to detail and time management skills


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks


• Ability to work effectively as a team


• Overtime hours may be required (evening and weekends)


• This role requires you to be in the office
