The Division

The City of Lethbridge
Lethbridge is located just two hours south of Calgary, close to the Rocky Mountains and U.S. border. It is a family-oriented and culturally vibrant community with many amenities of a larger city. Lethbridge has over 100,000 residents and is one of only a few cities its size with two post-secondary institutions - Lethbridge Polytechnic and University of Lethbridge. Victoria Park High School is seeking a diverse educator to join their team at the beginning of the 2026-27 school year! The successful candidate will be responsible to teach Science 10, Science 14/24, Bio 20 and Bio 30 in person, as well as Distributed Learning Course support, instruction and assessment in Chemistry 20, Chemistry 30, Physics 20 and Physics 30. LethSD Summer School, offered through Victoria Park High School for all high school students in Southern Alberta, involves teachers from the LASP community supporting and marking coursework for one or two weeks in July. Those marking the Distributed Learning component receive time for time during the school year. Applicants should be prepared to participate for one or two weeks in July, with specific weeks being negotiable.
