Talent Acquisition Assistant (3-Month Contract)

Contract, with potential to become full-time

What you'll do

• Support the full implementation of a new ATS
  
  


• Support hiring from sourcing through to second-round interviews, including employer brand, job postings, ATS management and candidate selection
  
  


• Represent CCM at career fairs when needed.
  
  


• Work with hiring managers from requisition through ATS close-out
  
  


• Coordinate offer approvals with the Director, Human Resources
  
  


• Support the HR Team with ATS setup, platform management, and sourcing tools
  
  

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Recruiting experience is preferred
  
  


• Construction industry experience is preferred
  
  


• Comfortable with HR technology and AI; ADP experience is an asset
  
  


• Organized, proactive and a strong communicator
