The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a wide variety of departments from Engineering, Supply Chain, Administration, and more. This role serves as a trusted recruitment partner to department managers, building strong relationships and providing guidance throughout the hiring process. This position manages a diverse portfolio of requisitions, delivers exceptional candidate experience, and supports organizational talent acquisition objectives through effective sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations
In addition, this role leads campus recruitment efforts by partnering with Vancouver and Calgary department managers to assess annual new graduate and student hiring targets, develop and manage recruitment budgets, coordinate attendance at career fairs and campus events, new graduate resume screening, and participate in candidate interviews.

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• One (1) to five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job classifications.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, recruitment best practices, and interviewing methodologies.
This is a contractor position.
Compressed work schedule: The Fluor Canada offices work a compressed work schedule offering every second Friday off.
