  • Contribute to the design and delivery of CAE’s leadership development pathway (e.g., Leading Self, Leading Teams, Leading Leaders), translating business goals into actionable learning roadmaps.

  • Manage external vendors and learning partners to ensure quality delivery and a positive learner experience.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and modern learning technologies to accelerate content development, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance learner engagement.

  • Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs by incorporating learner feedback and evaluation data.

  • Contribute to a strong learning culture by sharing best practices and supporting continuous learning across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3–6 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, talent management, or a related role.

  • Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

  • Experience designing and developing learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and/or Rise (or equivalent) considered an asset.

  • Proven facilitation experience delivering workshops or learning experiences in virtual and in-person environments.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning and development practices.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • High level of autonomy, initiative, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

  • Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating experiential learning approaches such as workshops, cohorts, peer learning, or simulations.

  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, leadership development models, performance management, or succession planning.

  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS).

  • Background in adult education, teaching, organizational development, or a similar field.

  • Experience collaborating with external vendors or learning partners.
