What you’ll do:

As a Taper, you'll be responsible for preparing walls and ceilings for finishing by sealing joints between drywall panels and ensuring a smooth, professional finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply tape and compound to drywall seams, corners, and angles


• Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure a flawless finish


• Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections


• Work efficiently in residential and/or commercial environments


• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in drywall taping or finishing


• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team


• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious


• Own basic tools


• Valid driver’s license (an asset)
