Team Lead, Analytics & Data Product PMO, Toronto or Brampton.

The Team Lead Customer Data & Analytics Program Office will closely collaborate with partners in Loblaw Digital and Loblaw Technology to lead and improve program delivery across our PC Optimum Loyalty and Marketing portfolios.

You will build a high-performance culture and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team by encouraging an inclusive work environment and communicating our vision, values, and business strategy.

This role will lead a team of technical project managers and support the Vice President of Customer Data & Analytics to ensure on-time and on-budget deliverables.   

What You'll Do:

• Lead a group of technical project managers in our PC Optimum Loyalty and Marketing portfolios.
• Create net-new processes, project management templates, presentations, and artifacts based on portfolio needs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities with effective change management to ensure adoption.
• Own program-level financial reporting and work with initiative owners and finance leads to ensure project budget remains on track.
• Facilitate the annual capital process and prepare business cases with detailed estimates on project costs, scope, timeline, and project benefits.

What You Bring:

• Proven people leader of technical project managers with a structured approach to program management and experience with agile program delivery.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with proven abilities to partner to achieve program objectives.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage project, program and portfolio-level budgets and benefits.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to create clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
• Demonstrated expertise building structure and providing clear guidance and reliable answers.
