About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Specialist - Team Lead, Dealership Marketing to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support dealership growth and brand visibility. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campains are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Lead responsibility: Support of 2 Dealership Marketing Coordinator roles.


• Develops comprehensive media plans that encompass brand campaigns, lead generation, sponsorships, community engagement, and local events.


• Manages the end-to-end campaign process from intake to localized Dealership planning, execution, and performance tracking.


• Monitors campaign KPIs and proactively recommend adjustments to improve performance and ROI.


• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.


• Supports dealership marketing needs with tailored strategies and localized initiatives.
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a multi-location or retail environment.


• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.


• Proficiency in media planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
