Job Description:
As the Team Lead, Strategic Services, you provide leadership, coordination, and senior technical expertise in the management, integrity, and compliance of all police information systems used by the Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service (TNPS).
You oversee daily workflows, support administrative staff, perform high‑security database tasks, and ensure data quality meets provincial and national policing standards.
This position supports police operations and investigations through governance of PROS, CPIC, JOIN, CJIM, LIVESCAN, Axon/Evidence.com, eCollision, and other systems.
You act as the primary liaison with K‑Division RCMP and Alberta Court Services.
You also serve as Acting Manager, Strategic Services during absences, ensuring continuity of leadership and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day oversight and mentorship to Operational Support Clerks.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance within all police information systems.
- Audit PROS files for UCR compliance and quality.
- Maintain and audit CPIC queues; complete validation, purge, and warrant audits.
- Perform LRA duties and administer Entrust tokens and secure credentials.
- Implement system upgrades and configurations on TNPS terminals.
- Liaise with K‑Division RCMP and Alberta Court Services regarding PROS/CPIC/JOIN issues.
- Prepare statistical reports and mandatory submissions.
- Support investigations and operational priorities with system expertise.
- Provide administrative support to Front Administration as needed.
- Act as Manager, Strategic Services during absences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of RCMP courses: CPIC Maintenance, PROS Records Management.
- Advanced knowledge of PROS, CPIC, JOIN, CJIM, Axon/Evidence.com, and LIVESCAN are required
- Experience supporting or mentoring administrative staff is an asset.
