Team Leader Digital Mktg (temporary contract)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing plan across various platforms, including SEO, SEM and email marketing;


• Lead web development and maintenance to ensure the website is optimized for conversions, performance and SEO;


• Guide efforts to enhance organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO strategies;


• Use data analytic tools to track digital marketing performance and create regular reports for the Marketing Manager and leadership;


• Analyze digital marketing data to provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns;


• Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI across all campaigns;


• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field;


• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role;


• Proven success in managing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, SEO and email marketing;


• Proficient in digital marketing tools such as GoogleAds, Google Analytics, AHRefs;


• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, A/B testing, and email marketing;


• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously;


• Experience with Marketo is considered a strong asset;


• Experience working in an agency is considered an asset;


• Bilingual – French and English
