What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for building and keeping a positive and professional relationship with a select group of clients. Your job will be to learn about, document, and understand each client’s IT setup. With this knowledge and Yardstick’s standards, you will create and apply technology strategies to solve business problems and meet goals. Working with our proactive team is important, as together you will shape the IT future of our clients.


 


What You’ll Be Working On:



  • Cultivate professional relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Meet performance metrics for scheduled daily onsite proactive services.

  • Maintain high technical knowledge of the customer’s IT environment.

  • Develop proactive strategies to reduce reactive service hours.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, aligning with Yardstick’s standards.

  • Document customer technology usage in detail.

  • Perform checks and tests for technology standards alignment.

  • Analyze incident tickets to prioritize standards alignment and reduce ticket volume.

  • Strategize with the vCIO to create customer-specific IT strategies.

  • Collaborate on technology upgrades and new technology implementations with the Project Team.


 


What We’re Looking For:



  • 5+ years of IT support experience, providing guidance across various disciplines.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers, operational management, end-users, and peers.

  • Expertise in:

    • Network and Server Administration

    • Strategic IT Design and Deployment

    • Deskside and Remote Support

    • A valid driver’s license is required.

    • A reasonably clean driving record is required.
