Acumatica cloud ERP is sold through a large and growing channel of value-added resellers that provide configuration, customization, training, and support for customers.Acumatica also partners with independent software vendors (ISVs) who:
  • Build add-on solutions and customizations using the Acumatica xRP Framework and the Acumatica ERP Customization Tools
  • Develop integrated applications usingthe Acumatica ERP web services API
  • Customize and white-label AcumaticaERPfor a specific target audience
What You Will Do:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will help independent software vendors (ISVs) develop add-ons,integrations, and customizations forAcumatica Cloud ERP software. You willalso helpour Business Development Team recruit new partners by delivering demonstrations andanswering technical questions about the application.
  • Assist Business Development in recruiting ISV partners. Perform Acumatica software demonstrations. Answer ‘pre-agreement’ questions from potential partners
  • Drive ISVs to create complementary solutions to Acumatica’scoreproduct offerings. Participate in periodic status calls.
  • Assist ISVs using Acumatica development tools.Answer ISV questions.Help ISV with the initial design of their solution and selection of Acumatica development tools ideal for their solution.Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to assist with resolution of ISV-related support tickets.Establish, demonstrate and share best practices among the Acumatica Developer Community
  • Serve as technical liaison between ISV partners and developers.Provide feedback to core engineering teams for improving the APIs of Acumatica xRP Framework and Acumatica ERP web services.Submit enhancements in the Acumatica ERP product, report issues to core engineering teams and, provide status updatesto ISVs.Participate as a subject matter expert on ISV webinars. Communicate new technical features and enhancements to ISV partners.
You:
  • You know how to connect with and motivate ISVs to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
  • You have at least 2 years of experiencein design and coding with Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework,SQL Server, Visual Studio). Bonus - if youhave experience developing solutions for Windows Azureor Amazon Web Services.
  • You have prior experience or familiar with Manufacturing process and Inventory Management related workflows.
  • You have knowledge of building ERP solutions in Microsoft based systems like DynamicsNAV orSL is a great foundation.
  • You understand theprincipals of the N-tier data applications and cloud-based web application.
  • You have experiencewith business management software, ideally a Windows basedERP solution.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Business English is required for this role
