Technical Analyst

Project Description:

The client is seeking a Technical Analyst to augment the current CSDS (Client Service Delivery System) technical support team.  The work will be comprised of a mixture of steady state and project-based efforts.  These efforts include, but not limited to, maintaining and creating new SSRS reports, fixing errors in the systems, adding new features via PL/SQL store procedures, reprogramming sections of the systems for efficiency or security.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

·       A university degree in Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered - Yes

·       A minimum of fifteen years (15) years of demonstrated IM/IT experience - 15 years

·       A minimum of ten (10) years with demonstrated experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst (programming and analysis) - 10 years

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Yes

Scored Requirements:

·       Demonstrated experience working with Provincial Health Care and/or Regional Health Authority applications. - 5 years

·       Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements - 10 years

·       Demonstrated experience with database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server - 10 years

·       Demonstrated experience maintaining and creating new PL/SQL stored procedures - 5 years

·       Demonstrated experience with JAVA - 2 years

·       Demonstrated experience with Linux Batch Jobs - 2 years

·       Demonstrated experience with SSIS - 5 years

·       Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SSRS - 5 years

·       Demonstrated experience with version control software - 3 years
