Are you excited about aligning the IT Infrastructure with business goals and value client success?

We seek a Technical Business Analyst to support our Calgary branch, deliver consultative services to our client projects, and build relationships with stakeholders. This role is on-site full-time.

• Perform needs analysis, gather, and analyze business and technical requirements, and provide recommendations for solutions and business process modifications
• Work with technical teams to turn end-user and business requirements into solution design and implementation plans
• Develop test plans for business applications/users and locations, act as the interface between the program and technical teams
• Consider change management implications for implementation of new processes and strategize with OCM resource
• Work with the business to understand and outline the impacted processes and business requirements
• Provide detailed documentation including business requirements documents and plans to organizational and adoption plans including communications and training materials to guide the deployment of the solution to the end-users
• Collect and manage test case documentation
• Manage stakeholder needs, especially when conflicting, to drive stakeholders to a consensus
• Manage and verify the fulfillment of requirements through testing, quality assurance, and pilots
• Analyze data and provide reports as required
• Ability to work weekdays after business hours and weekends

• 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst
• Experience with testing and providing technical aptitude with M365
• Experience working with more than one iterative software development approach
• Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management
• Previous experience with Cloud Application migrations
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization through intuitive business insight and personal credibility; this includes the ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
• IT methodology and/or process implementation background

• Business systems analysis certification (ECBA, ECBA+, CCBA, CBAP)
• Business process management and methodology certifications (CBPA, CBPP, CBPL)
